IBEX Construction is a frame-to-finish commercial and residential contracting/construction company based in Chittenden County, Vermont. IBEX began as a result of our owner/operator, Jordan Sedwin, feeling there was a need in the market for contracting companies that operate with exceptional customer support and good business ethics. Jordan started IBEX by taking on smaller residential jobs. Once word got out and business took off, he began subcontracting smaller jobs out to his business acquaintances whom he acquired through his years of renovation experience. After linking up with production crews and more contacts in the various trades, IBEX Construction began taking on larger full-scale residential remodeling projects and commercial construction jobs.
